When screening runs
- Onboarding (KYC/KYB)
- Periodic re‑screening and list refreshes, for the subjects of flows that keep them under ongoing monitoring
- Event‑driven triggers (profile updates, behavior changes)
- On demand, from AML Screening in the dashboard
Screening and monitoring are set per flow
Each flow says whether the people it verifies are screened, and whether they are kept under ongoing monitoring. The switches are in the flow's Flow configuration dialog, under AML screening, and a badge in the flow page's header shows what the flow does. Admins and Developers, who can manage flows, can change them.
| Flow | Switches |
|---|---|
| KYC flow | Screen the people this flow verifies, and Keep them under ongoing monitoring. Monitoring needs screening: with screening off, nobody is monitored. Header badge: AML screening and monitoring, AML screening or No AML screening. |
| KYB flow | Keep the company and its officers under ongoing monitoring. The company and its officers are always screened as part of each KYB case, at the case's price. Header badge: AML monitoring or No AML monitoring. |
Under each switch, the dialog shows what it costs: the price per person screened, and the price per monitored person per year, both taken from your credit balance. A monitored subject's year is charged before it is re-screened; a year your balance cannot cover is not monitored until the balance covers it.
Ongoing monitoring re-screens subjects in production only. Sandbox results are screened once and not refreshed.
