Country coverage
Zyphe verifies businesses against official company registers in 49 countries and territories and all 50 US states plus Washington DC. This page lists every covered jurisdiction and what the register returns for it.
Register coverage drives three KYB capabilities:
- Register cross-check: the KYB AI agent compares the submitted business information and documents against the register record. Every jurisdiction listed below supports it.
- Prefill from official registers: the widget's company search, which prefills the business-information form. See Prefilling from official registers.
- Ownership discovery: directors, shareholders, and UBOs read from the register instead of being declared by the applicant.
For a jurisdiction that is not listed, the KYB flow still runs: the applicant declares the company details, UBOs, and directors, and the uploaded documents are verified, but there is no register record to cross-check against.
Reading the tables
Every listed jurisdiction returns the core company record used by the register cross-check. The columns show what else the register provides:
- Directors and officers: legal representatives and other key persons, used for director suggestions and director discovery.
- Shareholders: the direct ownership of the company, the input to multi-tier ownership traversal.
- UBOs: ultimate beneficial owners as published in the jurisdiction's beneficial-ownership register.
A dash means the register does not provide that data for the jurisdiction. The KYB flow then falls back to the applicant's declaration for it.

Coverage is extended over time, and ownership discovery also has to be enabled for your deployment. Ask Zyphe support to confirm coverage for a jurisdiction before you rely on it in production.
